HOW TO USE

In order to ensure you mouth guard is the right size and properly adjusted, it is essential that it be adjusted to your jaw.

Have a pan of boiling water and a bowl of cold water close by.

Using a spoon pop the mouthguard into the boiling water for 30 seconds, then remove from the boiling water and put into the cold water for 1 second which will cool it down.

Then put the mouth guard into your mouth and adjust it to mould the mouthguard and adapt it to the shape of your jaw using your fingers.

Gently close your jaw in order to form your imprint, without biting down on the device as this could deform it.
