Ordering Martial Arts Supplies Products
We attempt to keep good stocks of all our products on hand or through our suppliers, however occasionally we may be out of stock of a particular item briefly and in times of unexpected heavy demand. Zenjo makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes are prompt but we are unable to accept liability for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with, any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame. If however for any reason, dispatch of goods has not occurred within 14 days from your order date, you may elect to treat the failure to deliver as a termination of the contract between you and Zenjo. In such an event Zenjo will refund any payment due to you in respect of that particular order.
Zenjo accepts payment via credit cards using Paymentexpress (www.paymentexpress.co.nz), funds transfer via bank direct credit, cash or cheque (conditions apply). For more information click here: Zenjo Purchasing Information .
The name that will appear on your statement will be Zenjo Ltd.
Your account will be charged in your local currency. For example, in New Zealand you will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Any 10% off Abandoned Cart Offer excludes UMAB Breakboards, Tatami mats and any clearance items. The 10% off offer does not apply if you are in the Club or Family discount programme. If you change your mind after you have purchased or purchase accidentally we will refund your credit card account with a full refund (excluding credit card fees).
All prices are in $NZD and include GST (15%). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Orders will be dispatched upon payment usually within 24 hours depending upon stock availability (see above). Typical delivery times vary between 1-day and 3-days depending on delivery location. Rural deliveries will take longer as they often require a local sub-contractor. A 'shipment' email is sent at the time of dispatch containing relevant delivery information.

Zenjo reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Zenjo but paid for, will receive a full refund. Other refunds will be given at the discretion of company management.
